Kevin Murphy runs a perfect weekend for Old Quarry Middle School! In the first meet of the year, Murphy took first in the 100m, 200m and the 4x200m. Only an 8th grader, any so called “competition” will be eating his dust for a very long time. Nice work Kevin!

Watch out for the dynamic duo of Dylan Anderson and Cam Neely! These guys are tearing it up in their indoor football season. Safety Dylan Anderson got his first interception last week and tight end Neely caught his first touchdown pass. Great work boys!

DGS athlete Paul Howatt has seen his hard work and dedication pay off! Before training at Get Fast, Paul ran a 6.3 second 40 yard dash. Paul has been hitting it hard in his training sessions and becoming faster and more explosive every day! Paul just re-tested his 40 and now runs a 5.1! Way to go Paul! Can’t wait to see it all translate to the field this football season!
